Is training safe?

Yes, safety is our top priority. Our classes are designed to ensure proper technique, controlled training, and injury prevention. Our instructors are highly trained to supervise and guide students, ensuring a supportive and safe learning environment.

Can I train More Than One Martial Art?

Yes, we encourage students to explore multiple disciplines to develop a well rounded skill set. Whether you’re interested in striking arts like Muay Thai and Boxing, grappling arts like Brazilian JiuJitsu, or self defense training, we offer flexible programs that allow you to train in multiple styles.

I’ve never done any Martial Arts before but want to sign up, is that okay?

Yes, this is precisely what our Beginner’s program is designed for. Every new member who has never tried martial arts before, or is still very new, will take part in 8 weeks of dedicated Beginner’s classes. You will join other newcomers and be guided step by step through the basics, giving you a fun, engaging introduction to the sport with our amazing coaches before moving on to Fundamentals or All Levels classes.

What is the class structure like?

All classes, whichever level they are tailored to, are created, audited and adapted by our Head Coaching team on a monthly basis, to ensure you are receiving the best possible coaching during every training session. Your enjoyment and development are our top priorities, always.
